Full Surface System

What is?

Full Surface Technology (also known as Flexible Induction Cooking or Free Positioning) is an advanced induction cooktop design that eliminates fixed coil zones, enabling unrestricted placement of cookware anywhere on the cooking surface.

Principle

Full Surface Technology uses dynamic magnetic field orchestration to convert an entire cooktop surface into a seamless induction-heating canvas. Its foundation rests on three interconnected principles:

1. Distributed Coil Matrix

We have a wide variety of full surface products, including various combinations of coil quantities. When the size of the pot exceeds a single zone, it can automatically identify, some coils can work together at the same time.

2. Intelligent Cookware Detection

Metallurgic + capacitive sensing:
Ferromagnetic detectors locate pans
Capacitive sensors map pan footprint precision (±1mm)
Principle: Stochastic field scanning → The system pings micro-coils sequentially to detect eddy current feedback.

3. Adaptive Power Allocation (Key Innovation)

Neural control logic:
AI classifies cookware (size/material/shape)
Optimizes magnetic flux confinement using Faraday shielding
Principle: Dynamic LC resonance tuning → Coil groups self-calibrate resonant frequency to match cookware load.

Advantages

  • Cook 5 pots on 4-coil equivalent surface
  • Accommodates oversized griddles/odd-shaped vessels
  • Power Intelligence
  • Prioritize boiling zones automatically
  • Reallocate energy when removing pans
